AMI collaborates with plan sponsors to design customized retirement plans to align with company goals and participant objectives. Leveraging our experience, we carefully select the investment lineups and monitor on a continual basis. AMI’s flexibility and commitment to employee success allows us to specifically tailor each retirement plan to best fit the needs of the employer, and the employees.

EMPLOYEE EDUCATION

We place a strong emphasis on educating employees about the features and advantages of your retirement plan through both group sessions and personalized one-on-one meetings. When employees receive an enrollment packet and must choose which investment options to select, they may feel overwhelmed and unsure where to begin. AMI prioritizes guiding employees throughout the entire process, providing ongoing support and periodic reviews as needed.

FEE STRUCTURE

As an independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), AMI operates on a fee-only basis, meaning our compensation is solely a fixed percentage based on the account value. This helps align our interests with the interests of the plan participants by prioritizing long-term financial success.
